As the Transactions Coordinator at MTHS, Kalyn plays a vital role in overseeing all closings and contracts, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care. Known for her personable nature and warm approach, Kalyn genuinely enjoys getting to know the clients she works with, building relationships that go beyond paperwork. 

Her ability to balance efficiency with empathy makes her an essential part of the team, guiding clients through the process with both professionalism and heart. 

Outside of work, Kalyn stays busy doing what she loves most: spending quality time with her kids, volunteering at a local animal shelters, and nurturing her garden. Her dedication to both people and purpose shines through in everything she does in and out of the office.

With a strong foundation in the sales world and a passion for helping people, Ryan brings expertise, dedication, and a personal touch to every home buying journey. He understands that every situation is unique, and takes pride in crafting customized offers that align with each client’s goals and timeline. 

When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find Ryan spending quality time with his family or staying active at the gym. He believes that balance, connection, and hard work are the keys to success in life and in real estate.

Born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, Maggie brings a welcoming, grounded energy to the MTHS Team. After moving to Tennessee following her marriage, she quickly found her place using her given gifts of administration and hospitality, two qualities that define her leadership as our Office Manager. 

Maggie’s passion for creating structure, maintaining order, and welcoming others is evident in every detail of her work. Whether managing daily operations, coordinating internal processes, or handling the behind the scenes things – she plays a pivotal role in keeping the MTHS office running smoothly and intentionally. 

Outside the office, Maggie loves to travel and explore with her husband. One of their favorite ways to spend time together is discovering small towns. 

A Middle Tennessee native, primarily in the Franklin and Nashville areas, Joseph Hooper has deep roots in the local community. After graduating high school, Joseph enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he was stationed in upstate New York. Afterwards, Joseph transitioned into the real estate industry, driven by a passion for helping others and a strong understanding of the local market.

Outside of work, Joseph is an avid supporter of Tennessee sports, cheering on the Titans, Volunteers, and Predators. Joseph’s dedication, discipline, and hometown pride make him a valuable part of the My Tennessee Home Solutions Team.

Born and raised in Southern Maryland, Amanda is an East Coast girl at heart. This is where she met her husband Jeff. Due to his military career, they relocated to California and eventually to the Middle TN area. The Middle TN area is where they decided to put down roots and make their home. This is where her passion for real estate began after beginning her career as a Transaction Coordinator.

Her goal throughout this process is to be a calm and helpful influence to all of those involved. She prides herself on her problem solving abilities. When she is not at work, you will most likely find her watching the latest horror flick at her local movie theater or spending time with her husband and 5 dogs.

Korbin is a midwestern native where he spent most of his time working for the family farm and construction company. He became passionate about real estate early on and decided to join the military to serve his home state and further enable his real estate goals. Korbin served as a sergeant in the Army National Guard for 6 years in home state of Iowa.

He studied real estate at the University of Northern Iowa, where he earned a bachelors of finance and a bachelors of real estate. Upon graduating Korbin dove right into the real estate world, flipping his first house that following summer and fall.

He has since moved down and immersed himself in the Nashville real estate market learning from some of the best commercial and residential real estate professionals Middle Tennnessee has to offer. Korbin is driven by his ability to help people and uses his years of real estate experience to find creative win-win solutions for as many people as he can. He believes everyone has God given gifts and abilities and prides himself on using his to help others, whether it has to do with real estate or not.

Outside of real estate Korbin enjoys being active, skydiving, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.

Channing Cotterman, deeply rooted in the real estate world, has navigated various industry avenues with expertise and finesse. His journey into real estate was sparked by a passion for solving difficult challenges and a fascination with the art of renovation.

Originally drawn to entrepreneurial pursuits, Channing found himself exploring different opportunities in the world of finance and mortgage lending. Along the way, he discovered solace in strumming his guitar and keeping time on the drums.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Channing finds joy in immersing himself in the vibrant world of music and art. He also treasures spending quality time with old friends, reminiscing about shared experiences and creating new memories.

As a Middle Tennessee native, Jeff Davidson brings a deep-rooted connection to the region along with extensive experience in real estate investment. A proud graduate of MTSU, Jeff has spent the past five years honing his skills in fix & flip, BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance), and creative deal structures. His expertise and dedication have established him as a trusted professional in the local market, known for delivering exceptional results and building strong, lasting partnerships.  Integrity, professionalism, character, and trust are the defining pillars of his personal and professional reputation.  

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jeff is deeply committed to serving others and supporting fellow investors in achieving their goals. In his personal life, he is a devoted father and husband, a passionate supporter of the Tennessee Titans and Tennessee Volunteers, and an avid explorer of Tennessee’s natural beauty. Sylvia, a local Realtor® and premier listing agent, brings a unique blend of discipline, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to her role as a real estate professional.

Charles, Co-Founder and COO of My Tennessee Home Solution, is responsible for the day-to-day operations and heads the brand development and marketing efforts. Charles is originally from Alabama, but he moved to the Middle Tennessee area a few years ago to serve at Fort Campbell. Charles received his Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2017. Charles met his wife, Emily, in Nashville, and they enjoy the Tennessee lifestyle with their sons, Jack, Luke, and their dog, Archie.

Jordan, Co-Founder and CEO of My Tennessee Home Solution, is responsible for the overall vision and revenue growth of the company. He is most passionate about aligning the right people and resources with a set of mutually beneficial goals to experience fulfillment together. For that reason, he prioritizes alignment, purpose, growth, impact, and development with the team. Hailing from a small town in Vermont, Jordan graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is passionate about using the wealth generated from real estate to serve as a force for Good in the world, fueled by his Faith in God and intimacy with Jesus. He lives with his wife Alexis and their dog Finn in Nashville.
